Booking Policy
This Booking Policy outlines the terms that apply when you engage Siren Spirits for bartending services.
1. Booking Requirements
All bookings require a minimum of 3 hours. A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date. Full payment is due at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
2. Availability and Confirmation
Dates are not guaranteed until your deposit is received and confirmed in writing. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis for all bookings.
3. Travel and Service Area
Travel within 30 miles of Orlando is included. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside this radius.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 7 days before the event for a full refund of the final payment (excluding deposit). Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, suitable working environment, access to water and electricity, and adherence to all applicable alcohol laws and venue rules.
6. Liability and Insurance
Siren Spirits carries general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for any damages or incidents resulting from guest behavior or venue issues.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, accidents, or acts of God.
